Korn Ferry adds Selena Loh LaCroix to technology practice in Dallas – Consulting.us
Organizational consulting firm Korn Ferry has welcomed Selena Loh LaCroix as a senior leader in its global technology practice. LaCroix takes on the role of vice chair in the tech practice, and will be based in Dallas.
The international search consultant brings extensive experience in senior executive and board level searches in technology and law. LaCroix also has previous experience as counsel at global corporations, and as an attorney at major law firms in California and Singapore.
Korn Ferry’s technology practice helps sector clients design their organization’s structure, roles, and responsibilities, helps them select the right talent, and shows them how to identify, attract, develop, and retain their people.

LaCroix joins from management consulting and executive search firm Egon Zehnder, where she spent 14 years in a number of roles. She joined as a consultant and Dallas office leader, focusing on senior and board level placements in the tech and legal sectors. She went on to serve as leader of the search firm’s North America technology practice; global semiconductor practice; global legal, regulatory & compliance practice; and then finally the global technology & communication practice.
Prior to that, LaCroix served as VP, general counsel for Asia Pacific at Honeywell International, overseeing legal and compliance matters for the region. She also spent nearly ten years as senior counsel at Texas Instruments, focusing on global manufacturing, R&D, and analog business groups, and before that, the Asia Pacific region. Her legal expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and corporate governance and compliance, among other areas.
Earlier in her career, LaCroix was an associate in law firm Gray Cary Ware & Friedenrich’s product technology and multimedia practice group. She holds a JD from the University of California, Berkeley and an LLB Hons, Law from the National University of Singapore.
